WHO WE ARE

The Fit Factory, a gym in Conyers, combines the science of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), coaching, and accountability to achieve and sustain long-term results. We have cultivated a culture of positivity and encouragement from members at all different fitness levels. We saturate the environment with a contagious energy that keeps you going even when you feel like giving up.

We started out as just providing the positive and supportive fitness studio that we would love to come to everyday. Before we thought about any type of equipment we discussed the vibe and feel of The Fit Factory. Working out is hard enough all on its own so we wanted to create a Fit Squad Family with people that pushed you do an extra rep, set, or workout, to support you, or talk with friendly banter to get you through to the end.

Quan Bembry-Starling
Quan Bembry-Starling Head Trainer HIIT Specialist
Quan is a versatile trainer who has been athletic his entire life through playing football, basketball, and running track track at various levels. Therefore, he understands the training necessary to help you train like an athlete to gain the look and health of an athlete. Quan is certified by National Council of Strength and Fitness. He specializes in HIIT style training through effective and efficient exercises designed to get maximum results. Most of all he cares about the overall well being of each and every person that enters our doors!
Erica Lawrence
Erica Lawrence Zumba Strong/Hip Hop Step Instructor
Erica is a trainer who knows first hand how much of a challenge it is to learn healthy lifestyle habits, lose weight and maintain. Thus, she is skilled at understanding the life of busy women and helping them meet their fitness goals. She is a Strong by Zumba certified instructor. She specializes in Hip Hop Step and Zumba Strong. Her style of training is designed to get you in shape through a series of kicks, punches, and dance moves that are sure to melt away unwanted inches and pounds. Erica’s enthusiasm towards every member is sure to keep you moving!
